Our Mission
It is important for all children to be given the chance to develop intellectually in the social environment of their peers. Successful Beginnings’ mission is to foster a positive relationship by engaging in interactions that will help children build cognitive and language skills. It is a requirement that we promote social-emotional development by asking questions to find solutions for problem-solving and also by helping them control their behavior while respectfully teaching behavior that is accepted. We are dedicated to helping children promote a self-image by valuing each child’s uniqueness and respecting and responding to each child’s feelings, needs, and interests. It is only right that children develop in an atmosphere that enables them to reach their full potential in life. As a result, meeting the crucial needs of children is our priority, and serving as a resource for their families is our goal.
Our Vision
Our vision is to commit to helping children become strong and healthy enthusiastic learners. We believe that all children are equipped to do so when in a well-crafted safe, encouraging, socializing, and wholehearted atmosphere that is adaptive to each child’s individual needs. The collaborations between the teacher, student, parent, and administration are imperative in order to make it a smooth transition and to provide children with having a better chance for success.
Our Goal
As an effective program, our goal is to provide children with a productive, fun learning environment with minimal to no disruptive behaviors while:
• Valuing their feelings.
• Encouraging family involvement.
• Using clear and consistent routines, rules, and procedures to minimize distractions while increasing their focus for learning.
• Providing children with positive feedback and encouragement necessary for them to succeed.
• Being proficient in the three characteristics of being a good manager, designing lessons to reach mastery, and having positive expectations that ALL students will be successful.
