Admission and Fees
Please note that registration fees are collected yearly.
Admission Requirements
- All children accepted into the program must be at least 6 weeks of age.
- All necessary enrollment forms must be completed and returned prior to admission.
- Parents are responsible for ensuring all forms are updated immediately upon changes and at least once a year.
- Upon arrival at the childcare learning center, the parent or adult dropping off the child, must escort the child into the facility, sign them in, and ensure that the provider is aware of their presence.
Forms Needed
- Completed Child Enrollment Application with the non-refundable paid registration fee of $85.
- Signed Family Acknowledgement and Agreement Form.
- Completed Enrollment Packet.
- Immunization Certificate

- A copy of your child's social security card, birth certificate, and insurance card.
- Infant Feeding Schedule
*Enrolling a child between

Weekly Childcare Fees
Infants (6 weeks): $215
Toddlers (1 year-2 years): $195
Preschool (3 years-$ years): $175
School Age (5 years and older): $165
Before and After School Care: $155
Part-Time Care: $115
Daily Drop-In: (All Ages): $50 per day
